We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. If you find any defects，you must email firstname.lastname@example.org first. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days(Atorm Series)/7 days(Stom Series) after delivery of the product. If we agree to return the goods, please provide us with the tracking number within 4 days of receiving this email. Over time, no return by default. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If we find that the goods are scratched or damaged, we will return them to the buyer and the buyer will pay the freight. If you resolutely return, then we will deduct the freight and other expenses incurred depending on the situation. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
For Movmax series products (except Movmax accessory products), we can cooperate with customers to provide remote technical support for general problems. If there is a serious damage to the goods that can not be used, we can send the same model products depending on the situation.
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
Regard to customs clearance, please fill a lower price on invoice such as $30 and without word "repair", "maintenance" or "return" something like this, otherwise the package will be difficult to get through the custom clearance of Changsha， mainland in China and custom will charge high tax for it , so we will have to reject the goods. PLEASE MAKE SURE all of the repaired units sending to us have to follow this notice!
Refunds & Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
